    About this Holiday Cottage

    Crossing Row Cottage is a semi-detached cottage in the village of Wiggenhall St Mary Magdalen, close to King's Lynn. This cottage sleeps seven people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one of which has an additional folding bed and two single rooms, as well as a ground floor bathroom with roll-top bath. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast area, a dining room and a sitting room with decorative open fire. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a rear, enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. Crossing Row Cottage is a welcoming holiday home for families who wish to explore seaside villages, market towns and a number of other tourist attractions from a rural base.


    Four bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x double with additional single folding bed, 2 x single. Ground floor bathroom with roll-top bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast area (seats 4). Dining room. Sitting room (seats 5). Ground floor dressing room.

    Oil central heating. Calor gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear enclosed courtyard garden with furniture, plus shared use of owner's wooded garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Due to two steep staircases, this cottage isn't suitable for the elderly and children aged 7 and under (excluding babes in arms). Note: There is an interconnecting door between the holiday accommodation and the owner's home, which will remain bolted shut.

    Wiggenhall St Mary Magdalen is a rural village in Norfolk. The village is situated on the banks of the River Great Ouse, within an area known as The Fens. Wiggenhall St Mary Magdalen is situated 6 miles from the market town of Downham Market and 10 miles from the historic maritime town of Kings Lynn, plus you will find many other attractions within easy travelling distance.

    Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
