This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of two doubles and one children's twin room, as well as a bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast area and a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Outside is an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ and roadside parking next to cottage. Overmoor is an ideal holiday home for walking, cycling, fishing and sandy beaches.

The small town of Gatehouse of Fleet is situated on the Solway Firth in Dumfries and Galloway. The town offers several shops including a small supermarket, chemist, bank and post office, along with two book/gift shops, a kilt making centre and two cafes. All four pubs in the town have restaurant facilities.
