Castleton is 3 miles away and is overlooked by the crumbling Mam Tor or "Shivering Mountain". The Edale Valley - the start of the Pennine Way - is also nearby. Visit Hathersage, Bakewell, the Spa town of Buxton and Chatsworth House.
