About this Holiday Cottage

Coille Ghlas is a superior stone cottage, superbly located in the village of Nethy Bridge, near Grantown-on-Spey, in the fabulous Cairngorm National Park and can sleep eight people. The cottage has two twin bedrooms (one zip/link and can be a super king-size double on request), a single bedroom, a family room with a king-size double and a single bed, a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a fitted kitchen, a dining room and two sitting rooms with open fires. Outside there is ample off road parking, secure bike storage and a front, lawned garden with furniture. With all that the stunning Cairngorm National Park has to offer, Coille Ghlas is a wonderful base for your holiday.

Four bedrooms: 2 x twin (one zip/link, can be super king-size double on request), 1 x single, 1 x family room with 1 king-size double and 1 single. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Dining room. Two sitting rooms (both seat 6) with open fire.

Oil central heating with open fires. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Side wild nature garden. Rear lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: In heavy snow the access track up to house (approx. 100 yards) may become blocked and vehicles may need to be left at end of road. Note: Check in time is 4pm.

The town of Grantown-on-Spey offers a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, along with easy access to fishing, golfing, walking in the surrounding hills and woodland, birdwatching and castle and Whisky trails.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
