About this Holiday Cottage

Hadden is a stone built terraced cottage, situated in a quiet lane in Nairn in Scotland. The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms - one ground floor double, one double, one twin and one single with additional stacker bed. There is a ground floor shower room and first floor bathroom. The cottage has a fitted kitchen with dining area (seats 6) and a sitting room with open fire (seats 6). Outside is an enclosed front patio area with furniture and BBQ. With sandy beaches a five minute walk away and the amenities of Nairn close at hand, Hadden makes a great base for a coastal holiday in Scotland.

Four bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double, 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x single with additional stacker bed. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area (seats 6) and doors to front garden. Sitting room with open fire (seats 6).

Off road parking for 1 car opposite house, additional parking available in public car park approx. 200 yards away. Enclosed front patio area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk.

The Scottish, Victorian seaside town of Nairn is home to superb sandy beaches and two 18-hole championship golf courses. Also, one of only two dolphin colonies in the UK is based in the Moray Firth. Inverness is 16 miles away.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
