About this Holiday Cottage

Merlin's House is an end-terrace cottage in the busy market town of Llandeilo, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Set over two floors and sleeping four people, this cottage has a ground floor cloakroom, two lower ground floor bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double and one twin room and a lower ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a ground floor basin and WC and a ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire. There is also a shared off road parking space and roadside parking nearby. Merlin's House is an excellent base for beautiful countryside, castles, fishing and beaches.


Two lower ground floor bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Lower ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire.

Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Shared off road parking space for 1 car available 150 yards away, plus roadside parking on a first come, first served basis 100 yards away, and you can also load/unload next to cottage only. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Front door opens directly onto pavement, children should be supervised. Note: There is an external step to the cottage entrance and two steps to reach the entrance hall. Note: Check-in 4pm.

The market town of Llandeilo in picturesque Carmarthenshire is situated on a hill above the River Tywi. The town offers unusual gift shops, eating places and pubs, as well as the medieval Dinefwr and Carreg Cennen Castles. Close by is the scenic Brecon Beacons National Park and the sandy beaches and cliff walks of the Gower Peninsula are within easy reach.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
