Berwick is England's most northerly town, a coastal town with narrow streets and Elizabethan walls providing walks looking out to the coast and river estuary. Berwick has a host of amenities such as shops, restaurants and pubs, the Maltings Arts Centre and a leisure centre. The seaside resort of Spittal is a couple of miles away.
