About this Holiday Cottage

Hayloft Cottage is a semi-detached cottage on a smallholding near to the market town of Stokesley in North Yorkshire. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms with ensuites, one twin room and a family bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area as well as shared use of a games room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for three cars, a private front patio and communal gardens with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With its neighbouring cottage, Hayloft Cottage can sleep a total of ten people in this beautiful part of North Yorkshire.


Three ground floor bedrooms: 2 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath, basin and WC. First floor basin and WC. First floor spacious open plan living accommodation with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric stove. Shared games room.

Underfloor heating with electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods available on honesty box basis), fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 50" TV with full Sky, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Small patio to the side and communal lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles. Pub 10 mins walk. Around and About

Stokesley is a market town with a cobbled main street with shops, banks, pubs and restaurants. It is surrounded by the Cleveland Hills and close to the northern edge of the North York Moors.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
