    About this Holiday Cottage

    Coxes Farm Cottage is a Grade II listed thatched property on a non-working farm in the village of Clyst St Mary, near Topsham. There is a double and a twin room, and a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area and electric stove. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and, across the farmyard, an enclosed garden with lawn and trees. Coxes Farm Cottage offers access to Exeter and the beaches of South Devon.

    Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with electric woodburner-effect stove, exposed beams and dining area. Entrance hall with seating and storage.

    Central heating with electric stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi access. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Private parking for 1 car, parking in front of property for an additional car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: The garden is across the former farmyard from the cottage.

    The village of Clyst St Mary offers a church, Post Office, pubs and local stores. Topsham is a small town on the estuary of the River Exe and has a selection of shops and eateries, and some lovely riverside walks. From Topsham visitors can enjoy trips to Exeter, Exmouth and the Jurassic Coast.

    Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
