12 Library Terrace is a lovely end terrace townhouse in the market town of Dursley in the Cotswolds. This cottage is set over three floors and sleeps five people in three bedrooms consisting of one king-size double with en-suite bathroom, one single and one second floor twin with en-suite shower room, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen and sitting room with dining area. Outside there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. 12 Library Terrace is an excellent base for visiting a variety of nearby attractions, lovely villages and towns.


Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x second floor twin with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.

Enclosed rear courtyard garden with granite fountain water feature and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and award-winning pub 2 mins walk. Note: Cheltenham Festival week commencing 11th March 2016 charged at £455.

Dursley is a market town offering pubs, shops, restaurants, a golf course, indoor swimming pool and the Georgian Market House. Close by are a number of pretty villages and towns, plus the city of Gloucester and town of Cheltenham are within driving distance.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
