Strawberry Fields Cottages at South Newlands Farm are just ten miles south of historic York, easily accessed off the A19 between Selby and York. Real 'home from homes' the three modern bungalow cottages sit within our ten acres of grounds and offer spacious, fully equipped accommodation appointed to a high standard. Families are warmly welcomed and accommodation is ideal for holidays and short breaks. Walking and outdoor activities in the Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds are within easy reach and the cottages are an easy drive from bustling seaside resorts on the Yorkshire Coast.
Each of our three holiday bungalows sleep up to six people and disabled guests are welcome with a Mobility Level Three Award from Visit Britain held.
All cottages include full central heating and a large lounge with TV/ DVD player and stereo system. The kitchens are well equipped and include a dishwasher and gas cooker. Laundry facilities are available onsite.
Each of our bungalows have three bedrooms which can be configured as a double or a twin. One bedroom in each has an ensuite. There is an additional private bathroom.
Outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy the views over our private grounds. Ample parking.
Wheelchair access, a wet room and generously proportioned rooms all make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are also able to put you in touch with other specialist suppliers should you need something that we do not provide as standard.
We are also located close to local pubs and restaurants. Situated just off the A19 between York and Selby, South Newlands is an ideal base if you want to visit the Yorkshire Dales, Moors, Wolds or coast.
Changeover days for weekly bookings are a Monday, Friday and Saturday with short breaks often available - please do contact us for further details.
Situated on the south side of the village of Riccall just off the A19, the cottages are 10 miles south of York and 3 miles north of Selby.
