The main dining and sitting areas seat 14 in each and there is an additional snug/ play area with Playstation. A second dining area overlooks the garden and seats twelve.
The sitting room has a TV with Sky service, DVD player and there is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine electric oven, hob and extractor fan. The adjoining dining table can seat ten people.
Modern entertainment facilities include DAB radios, CD players and USB links for most mp3 players.

This room also has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and bath. The independent room is accessed via a spiral staircase or its own front door. There is a king size double bed/ set of twin beds plus an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The ground floor has a family bedroom sleeping four which also has a wood burner stove. There is also a WC on this level. The first floor has a master bedroom with ensuite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and hand held shower.
The property has a south facing terrace with a barbecue and seating for ten people. There is also further outdoor space plus plenty of car parking.
Leisure facilities include a tennis court and swimming pool. Our electricity comes from a renewable source and we provide logs for the wood burner free of charge. The property is set on a carbon neutral development and the heating is supplied by the estates coppiced woodland at no extra charge.
Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome at an extra charge of £20 each per week. Short breaks are welcome.
