The double door entry leads into a central hallway which affords access into the dining room, kitchen and utility room. The stylish kitchen with maple units and granite worktops contains integrated appliances including a dishwasher, full sized oven and hob and a microwave.
The dining room with large bay window and country views also includes an open fireplace, a flatscreen TV and double doors out to the terrace. First floor living space includes a beautifully presented sitting room with glorious rural views, an open fire, 32" LCD TV and DVD player.
Elegantly styled throughout, The Garden House sleeps 2 to 6 guests in luxurious comfort. One of the three bedrooms - a luxury super king-size double or twin is also to the ground floor, featuring a deluxe en-suite wet room.
Two first floor bedrooms include a delightful double painted in cream, with a French bed featuring a quality mattress and an en-suite with romantic slipper bath. The second bedroom is a super king-size or twin as preferred with an en-suite bethroom containing a high pressure mixer shower over bath, a TV and DVD.
Available all year round and offering affordable luxury, the wing includes a garden with a child's swing and see-saw plus free WiFi. Children are most welcome to get involved with life on the farm, and will adore our friendly llamas, horses and hens!
Ample parking is adjacent. On-site play area, friendly farm animals, safe cycling space and panoramic country views. Bedlinen, towels, tea towels and kitchen cloths all included. Strictly non-smoking and sorry no pets please.
Two person booking discount available. Weekly bookings are Saturday to Saturday, arrival from 3.30pm, departure by 10am.
This cottage is ideal for exploring the Northumberland Heritage Coast, National Park and the Scottish Borders.
The cottages are just 2 ½ miles from the shops and other amenities at East Ord. The town of Berwick-upon-Tweed is also nearby, and here you can browse the selection of restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. A further few miles away are the sandy beaches of Cocklawburn and Bamburgh.
When travelling north on the A1, turn left at the East Ord roundabout onto the A698 signposted for Coldstream. The farm is signposted to the left after about two miles on this road.
When coming south on the A1, after crossing the River Tweed, turn right at the roundabout onto the Coldstream Road.
