This luxurious holiday home is set in the heart of the Luss Village and only a minutes’ walk from the shores of Loch Lomond. We provide the ideal base for relaxed family gatherings or adventure holidays and supply complimentary adults and children’s bicycles and a Canadian canoe so you can explore the stunning surroundings.
The house has ample parking space, additional sleeping facilities, free Wi-Fi and fantastic facilities for children including a play house and play area in the back garden.
The lounge features traditional antique character with an oak panelled ceiling and flooring and boasts fantastic garden views from the bay windows. The room is well furnished with luxury sofas and has its own wood burning stove, flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player and Sky channels.
The kitchen is equipped with state of the art utilities including a large breakfast bar, double fridge, 4 burner convector cooker, 2 double ovens, a dishwasher, coffee machine, wine cooler, microwave and a full range of cooking utensils.
Adjoining the kitchen is a large family dining area with seating for 12 (high chair available for children) and plenty of natural light from the many windows. Doors open out into the gardens and onto an outdoor dining area.
The Strone features four luxury bedrooms and three bathrooms (of which two are en-suite).
The master bedroom features a four poster bed, original fireplace, period features and a large en-suite bathroom with roll top bath. There are two further king size bedrooms with views into the gardens. One has its own en-suite shower room.
The upstairs bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single beds. A travel cot, camp bed and folding bed are available on request.
The gardens surround the house and are fully enclosed. There is a BBQ patio accessed from the dining room with a 4 burner back yard BBQ and there is plenty of with outdoor seating.
For children there is a rope swing and wood built playhouse.
High quality bed linen and towels are provided for your arrival and all bills are included in the rental price of the property.
Other features include a full size sofa bed in the lounge, free Wi-Fi access and UK calls, free laundry facilities and parking for up to 6 cars.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangements only - please contact us in advance if you would like to bring a dog.
Check in is available from 4pm and the house must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
