Welcome to the Little Holtby guesthouse in the heart of historic Bedale, our seventeenth century farmhouse is an ideal base for those looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales. Our charming guesthouse provides a warm and homely atmosphere with a fantastic personal service and luxury en-suite rooms.
All rooms have stunning views over the surrounding hillocks and countryside and the addition of free off road parking for the duration of your stay.
We have three beautifully appointed guest rooms available inclusive of two doubles and a king size room which can also be presented as a twin or family room on request. Both double rooms have en-suite shower facilities and the king size room has access to its own private bathroom.
All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV with DVD player and CD player. Guests can enjoy homely touches including complimentary robe use, slippers, soft towels, complimentary toiletries and a well stocked hospitality tray.
Breakfasts are served in our dining room every morning and guests can chose from a Full English or range of lighter options. We are able to cater for special dietary requirements with prior notification.
Guests are welcome to enjoy our comfortable lounge area with comfortable sofas and open fires lit during colder evenings. We can also provide evening meals on request – please contact Dorothy for further information.

Little Holtby bed and breakfast is an ideal base for exploring Yorkshire and is convienetly sitiated with easy access to the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors. Nearby Northallerton is only a short drive away and has a wealth of restaurants, independent shops and attractions for all ages.
The area has a large choice of walking and cycling trails and the walled city of York is only half an hour away for a fantastic day out exploring the breathtaking Minster and the quirky historic architecture and activities.

The turn-off for little Holtby is on the North-bound carriageway of the A1, eleven miles south of Scotch Corner and about three-querters of a mile North of the Leeming Bar junction (A684).
