The Bell House is renovated and restored cottage in Wickhambreaux that dates back to the 1500s. This historic half-timbered house is located opposite a pub and incredibly close to the cathedral city of Canterbury. It's 20 minutes from sandy beaches and easily accessible ferry port at Dover is great for day trips to France.
On the ground floor of the cottage is a living room with a grand inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove, sofas, easy chairs and a satellite TV. Then there's a large farmhouse-style kitchen and dining room that comes fully equipped with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, hob and oven. The utility/boot room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Bell House sleeps eight people in total and there's a twin room with an ornamental fireplace and two bathrooms on the ground floor, each with shower over bath and a toilet. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a twin room.
Roadside parking is available.
The cottage features a large garden with terrace, furniture and barbecue, there's also a stream running through.
