About this Cottage

These delightful adjoining barn conversions are situated in a peaceful and secluded location. Furnished and equipped to a very good standard, these holiday properties boast their own private garden and patio area. The location enjoys wonderful views over open fields to Dartmoor. There are many places of interest to visit in the area, including Morwellham Quay, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal at Torrington. The Elizabethan port of Bideford is a must, with its charming quayside. For ‘traffic-free’ cycling, The Tarka Trail runs from Petrockstowe, 3 miles, right down to the coast. Golf, fishing and horse riding available nearby. Okehampton, 12 miles, has a choice of amenities and is also known as the gateway to Dartmoor; with the Museum of Dartmoor Life, and nearby Museum of Water Power well worth visiting. A good base for exploring the North Devon and North Cornwall coasts. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with beams and wooden floors. 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Woodburner in living room inc. Economy 7 CH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. T/cot. H/chair. Freeview TV. DVD recorder. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Parking (2 cars). Wheelchair access.
