Lakeside Lodge is a wonderful lakeside retreat set within its own traditional Devonshire meadow. It is the perfect romantic escape and relaxing haven for walkers, cyclists and those who just love to fish. It is set within the owner’s 11 acres of grounds, but retains its own privacy. Lakeside Lodge is situated on the outskirts of the village of Moretonhampstead in Dartmoor National Park. This is a holiday lodge within its own acre and a half meadow. There are beautiful views from the lodge of its own private fishing lake, the wonderful estate and local countryside. On arrival you will be welcomed with a hamper full of local Devon goodies, fresh eggs from the estate’s chickens and complimentary dressing gowns and slippers. Finished to a very good standard, the lodge has oak flooring throughout. Outside there is a decked sun terrace with outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.
