In a rural, isolated position, this detached, 18th-century holiday cottage is on a working farm. It is accessed via a rough track after passing through the beautiful Ceiriog Valley, an artist’s paradise, and great rambling areas. All areas of North Wales are easily reached including Chirk, with its castle, and Llangollen with its horse drawn barges, steam railway, abbey and motorcycle museum. Further north are Betws-y-Coed and Snowdonia. Horse riding and golf nearby. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

Ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. Separate toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 single. Bathroom with shower over small bath (limited headroom).
