Victorian town house with sea views
Kembrek is a lovely spacious mid terraced Victorian town house with full sea views and is located in the seaside village of Downderry on Cornwall’s south coast. With a light, bright and airy interior, this is a fabulous holiday property for a family or group of friends looking for a special break throughout the whole year. Kembrek has so much to offer, and is the perfect place for those lazy summer days spent on the Downderry beach and also a great location for spring and autumn breaks. During the winter, the views of waves crashing on the beach are quite exhilarating, and there are some simply stunning coastal walks around the South West Coastal Path. A 5-minute walk will take you directly onto Downderry beach, and there is also a local shop, bistro, restaurant and pub in the village. To the west of Downderry is Seaton, which has a nature trail running along the valley to Hessenford, and two miles along is the famous Monkey Sanctuary. Historic houses, quaint fishing villages and moorland walks are all within easy reach. Nearby Looe offers fishing, boating and shopping, and the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 45 minutes’ drive.
