STS Grade 4 We are pleased to offer this attractively prepared South Snowdon Wharf property situated on the harbour side of this select development near the little Ffestiniog Railway steam station in Porthmadog. Recently prepared it is suitable for guests that don't want to climb stairs as everything is on the ground floor with parking just outside the door. Enjoy drinks on the patio in the late afternoon sun as you watch the boats in the harbour come back after a day out at sea. It is a short level walk to the High Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants etc. Black Rock Sands beach is 2miles where you can park on the beach, Portmeirion village is just 2 miles across the estuary, Beddgelert village and Snowdon are 7 miles up the river valley and Criccieth, Caernarfon and Harlech castles are all within 30 minutes drive. The National Trusts' Bodnant Garden is an hours drive through the heart of Snowdonia splendour. BEDROOM: 1 Double bedroom. Linen is NOT included, but is available to hire. Not enough space for a cot.
