The cottage is well situated with magnificent views over the Bristol Channel and Exmoor with a number of stunning walks and The Coleridge Way running past the front door towards the Quantock Hills. This self catering cottage has a full equipped kitchen, off road parking and free Wi-Fi.
Retaining all the features of a traditional country cottage including an exposed stone fireplace, ceiling beams and solid wooden doors with latches, Moonfleat cottage offers cosy and homely living accommodation which is well presented throughout. The living room features a large leather corner sofa, a TV with DVD player and a selection of games and books. There is a log burning stove in the open fireplace. The property also benefits from a spacious and well equipped kitchen with quarry tiles and has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a utility room with a fridge/freezer and washing machine. Set Just off the kitchen, the dining room has a family dining table, a spare sofa bed and a z-bed for alternate sleeping arrangements. On the ground floor there is also a shower room with modern fittings. Upstairs, the double and twin bedrooms are bright and carpeted and are adjoined by a wooden archway. Please note that there is no door between the rooms. There is a large rear patio area with outdoor furnishings for al fresco dining which leads to a lawn with stunning views over Exmoor and the sea. The cottage also has a private garage.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate, you are welcome to bring your own or you can rent from us. One well behaved dog is permitted at a small additional charge. The cottage has full central heating throughout and logs for the wood burning stove are available locally. There is space for one car to park off road. The cottage is not suitable for those with mobility limitations or children under the age of 8.
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights in the low and middle season and a minimum stay of 5 nights in the high season.
