From the East A30, from Exeter take the A30 Okehampton dual carriageway and continue to Bodmin.
Take the Bodmin turn off and follow the road until you come to a T junction.
Turn right at the T junction to the mini roundabout, turn right and continue until you come to 3 mini roundabouts by a clock tower.
Turn right onto the A389 Wadebridge road and continue through Washaway and Sladesbridge until you come to a roundabout.
Go straight over the roundabout and across the river until you come to the next roundabout with a Shell garage on your left.
Turn left and follow the hill down - you will see a phone box on your left – the next left is Elmsleigh Road and we are the first house in the street - look out for the balconies and large white garage door.
Elmsleigh Road is the fifth left hand turn off the hill.
