Downstairs, the comfortable lounge has a flat-screen TV with DVD player and a cosy coal-effect fire, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the area. The kitchen is furnished with everything you could need, including an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Our cottage has two bedrooms, both with comfy double beds. They share a bathroom, which includes a shower cubicle.
To the rear of the property is our small enclosed garden with patio furniture.
We provide a street parking permit and we've a cot and highchair if you require them. Dogs welcome at £15 per stay
Old Codgers is situated in a pleasant residential area of Windermere, close to various public houses selling traditional ales which are popular with locals and holidaymakers alike. It is also situated conveniently for all the attractions of a holiday in the Lake District National Park.

Turn off the M6 Motorway at Junction 36 onto the A590 (A591) to Kendal & Windermere. Follow the dual carriageway following the signs to Windermere. Turn off the A590 into Windermere Village - clearly signposted. As you enter the village you pass the Queens Public House and Old Codgers is situated first left into Beech Street.
