Guests can enjoy free golf and Netflix movies. After recent and extensive refurbishment, this 18th century carpentry workshop has been turned into exceptional, self-catering accommodation. With two bedrooms, shower room and separate wet room. A sunny south facing aspect. French doors to private patio and mature garden. Courtside Cottage is ideal for families. It's located in the heart of Fife, between Edinburgh and St Andrews, and offers plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, wildlife experiences, fishing, whisky distillery tours and of course, golf.
A flight of stairs and a stair lift take you to an open plan lounge/diner that offers level access to the patio. The quality kitchen comes fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, combination microwave and induction hob. For your convenience, a full complement of utensils and condiments is supplied. Make your own bread with the automatic breadmaker.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms: a king size double with en-suite bathroom, and a second room with a double bed and single bunk above.
The family wet room has a bidet, heated mirror, heated floor, and shower. Both showers have a selectable dual head operation.
A pair of French doors compliment the triple aspect and sunny lounge and provide access to the patio and garden area which is bounded by a treeline and the Lomond Hills.
The cottage has access features (including a wet room and stair lift) that makes it suitable for less mobile guests. Courtside is accessed from a private parking area and gentle ramps. Bedrooms, showers and toilets are all located on the ground floor. The wet room features non-slip heated flooring, handrails, supports and an adjustable shower seat.
Other mobility/disabled facilities include: motorised leather armchair; switches, power sockets and controls that are between 40 and 110 cm from the floor; and handles and taps that are lever operated.
