About this Bed and Breakfast

We look forward to welcoming you to the Cornmill B&B - our award-winning Kirkbymoorside guest house that was once a working mill. A haven for wildlife, and for our own hens, the gardens of our B&B are tranquil and relaxing. Inside, rooms are traditional and homely and include our lovely guest lounge with its open fire. Help yourself to drinks from the honesty bar, and enjoy one of the many books or magazines on offer. You can book your stay online, or call for more information.

Our rooms are all beautifully and individually furnished, with some featuring elegant and traditional furnishings whilst others are more modern. Rooms have TVs and DVD players, and include tea and coffee-making facilities. In total there are five guest bedrooms, all en-suite, including twin and double configurations. Our four-poster bedroom is ideal for a romantic break.

Duck down pillows and duvets are provided in our bedrooms, though we can offer anti-allergy bedding as an alternative. We also have a free WiFi connection, for use during your stay.

Breakfasts are served in our opulent dining room, and consist of cereals, fruit, juices, hot drinks, crumpets, toast and all of the ingredients of a traditional full English for you to mix and match. We aim to be as flexible as possible, so if you'd prefer a different breakfast please inform us in advance.

Other Facilities

You're very welcome to fish in the River Dove, where you'll find brown trout, rainbow trout and grayling.
