Brimming with charm and character throughout, the two railway carriages stretch either side of a spacious lounge and dining area and the property boasts spectacular sea views from the first floor balcony and lounge.
Living areas include a ground floor lounge/dining area with TV/video combo and DVD player. The kitchen features a butler sink, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/ freezer.
Stairs lead to a first floor lounge with balcony facing seawards.
Sleeping six guests, the three bedrooms include a charming double bedroom, a spacious family room with bunk beds and a single bed and finally a single bedroom. Together with the bathroom they all sit within the character converted railway carriages.
The bathroom is simply stunning, boasting a roll top bath. There is an additional ground floor shower room with power shower.
The property also includes a beautiful downstairs veranda and an enclosed garden area equipped with a children's climbing frame and rotary washing line. Direct beach access is via private steps.
A small dog is welcome by prior arrangement. Free Broadband internet access is available throughout your stay and all duvets and gas central heating is inclusive.
Local Selsey bakers, fresh fish stalls and delicious gourmet fish and chips are all just a short stroll away and beautiful Selsey beach is directly adjacent. Both fishing and diving are widely available in the local area.
Changeover day is Friday, with weekend breaks and midweek breaks both offered.
