The living accommodation is set on the first floor and features wonderful panoramic views, plenty of seating, Freeview TV, DVD player plus a range of books, games, CDs and DVDs. There is also a round dining table with four chairs and modern kitchen facilities include a washer/ dryer, fridge, microwave, electric oven and hob.
There are two ground floor bedrooms which are presented as one double and one twin. These share use of a ground floor bathroom with hand held shower, basin and WC.
Electricity is payable via a meter the first £10 of which is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The owner can arrange reflexology, spiritual and crystal healing, plus Emotional Freedom Technique on site by arrangement.
Short breaks may be available during off peak times and as last minute stays. Children under five years old are not accepted due to the proximity of ponds/ cliffs and we don't permit pets.
The property can be booked with its neighbour to accommodate up to eight people.
