A wealth of outdoor attractions and activities are within easy reach. The Leeds/Liverpool canal is on our doorstep, ideal for walkers and cyclists, wonderful nature reserves at Martin Mere and Formby plus numerous golf courses including the famous Royal Birkdale. Southport has a wealth of activities to offer including various water sports and great shopping and Ormskirk holds a twice weekly street market.

The Stable, a fully accessible, 5 star single storey cottage, has been specifically designed with the disabled guest in mind and can sleep 4 guests.
Our other 3 cottages are all 4 star rated. The Dairy is a cosy single storey cottage with one bedroom and is ideal for couples or guests with slight mobility problems. The Shippon sleeping 4 and The Granary sleeping 6 are both part of the same barn conversion with the bedrooms and bathrooms in both cottages upstairs. Ideal for families and we have cots, highchairs and safety gates available at no extra cost. We also offer free wifi connection.
The cottages all have full central heating and are equipped with every modern convenience. They are all non-smoking and we do not accept pets other than assistance dogs.
Brimming with rural charm and character the open plan living space features flat screen TV and a selection of games, books and DVDs are provided. Each cottage has its own patio area and access to the garden. Flexible zip and link beds offer kingsized bed or twin beds as required. Bathrooms feature bath and shower while wet rooms have shower only. Guests have inclusive use of a large garden for family games and ample off road parking is on-site.
