About these Holiday Cottages

 Nestled in a stunning sea side location in Aberporth on Cardigan Bay, our attractive 5 star cottages boast excellent views over the bay and are situated just 200 metres from sandy blue flag beaches. Sleeping six to ten people these five unique beach properties give opportunity for surfing, canoeing and sailing. Two of the houses have grade 2 wheelchair access and all have full central heating and ample parking. Guests benefit free Wi-Fi access and dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.


Morawel is a sea facing cottage with stunning views sleeping ten over five double and twin bedrooms. Three bedrooms are en-suite and the other three share access to a family bathroom. The kitchen is inclusive of a gas/electric range cooker and there is a separate dining room and the lounge is situated upstairs to enjoy the unique sea views.

There is a patio area to the front of the house. Parking is available for 2-3 cars at the back of the property where you can also find an outdoor shower, BBQ, a small lawn and a shed for storage. Further parking is available across the road.

Mor & Ysgol

Mor and Ysgol are two self contained villas sleeping six people over two double rooms and a twin room.

The ground floor in Mor meets wheelchair access Grade 2 standards with a large lounge and adjoined conservatory, a dining area, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom with shower. There is a master bedroom on this floor.

A further double and twin room are situated on the first floor and share a family bathroom.

Downstairs there is a fully equipped self catering kitchen and a dining room with family dining table. A double and twin room are located on the ground floor with their own wash basin. Both rooms share access to a family bathroom.

The first floor comprises a second double bedroom and a shower room. The lounge is located on this floor with sea views and a south facing deck which is also accessible via an external staircase.


The cottage is based on one level and is wheel chair accessible, meeting Access Grade 2 standards. The lounge boasts views over Cardigan Bay and has a wood burning stove. An adjoining kitchen/dining area is equipped with all self catering essentials including a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

The cottage sleeps six people over three bedrooms; one double, a twin and room with bunk beds. The family bathroom has a large shower area and adapted toilet. There is another smaller cloakroom off the entrance hall.

Ty Broc

Ty Broc is a split level house sleeping eight over four bedrooms. The house boasts views across Cardigan Bay to Lleyn Peninsula with the lounge situated upstairs for unique views over the bay. The kitchen diner on the ground floor has French windows leading to a private patio.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one of which has bunk beds and a large family bathroom. The master bedroom is set just off the lounge with its own en-suite shower room.

Our coast and bay are shared with dolphins which you may well see from the beaches and the comfort of our Pennffynnon properties.

Other Things to Note

Bed linen is provided on your arrival – please note that we do not provide towels or beach towels. All cottages have colour TVs with digi boxes in the lounge and some have wood burning stoves. All cottages have full central heating throughout and outdoor showers with hot water. Cots and high chairs are available on request. 


 Via Cardigan - Take the A487 towards Aberystwyth, take the left fork at the new roundabout (it’s the other end of he other end of the B4333) and follow the signs to Aberporth. As you come down the hill - church on your right then school on your left - 40m past the school look for the red house on your left, turn up the lane by it.
