Ambertone Cottage is a 17th century holiday property nestled in the heart of Smarden, a chocolate box village in rural Kent. Classic English roses are wrapped around this end terrace and inside has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The village itself has a medieval church, local shops, pubs, and an art gallery within walking distance.
On the ground floor is an attractively furnished lounge with sofa and chairs, a large inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove, and a TV with DVD player.
The dining room has a French, country-style dining table, while the kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and fridge freezer.
The first floor features two bedrooms: a double and a twin room. The family bathroom is incredibly spacious and includes a roll top slipper bath with shower over. There's also a separate WC.
The cottage has a courtyard garden, ideal for a spot of al fresco dining.
