    About this Holiday Cottage

    The Stable is a stone-built, semi-detached barn conversion set on the owner's land, close to the village of Llangynog and 15 miles from Bala and Oswestry. This cottage sleeps up to three people and has one king-size double, which can be made into a twin on request and one single. There is also a ground floor shower and a first floor basin and WC. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with dining area and a first floor sitting room has a woodburner. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for two cars, a gravelled seating area with furniture and BBQ and shared use of a hot tub, which is available between May and the end of September. The Stable is a charming cottage, which is ideal for couples or small groups at any time of year.

    Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double (zip/link - can be twin on request), 1 x single. Ground floor shower. First floor basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area. First floor sitting room with woodburner.

    Oil central heating with woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV/DVD with Freeview, CD, WiFi. Fuel, power & starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent (additional logs can be purchased from owner). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Gravelled seating area with garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub shared with other cottage on site, to be used individually, available at £30 per week/short break, payable directly to owner on arrival. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles. Pub 2 miles. Note: Private water supply. Note: Stream running past property, young children must be supervised. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.

    Around and About

    The village of Llangynog is set in amongst the Berwyn Mountains and offers two pubs. The area is wonderful for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling, plus there is a mountain bike centre at Llandegla. There are many other attractions and places to visit nearby. These include Bala, Lake Vyrnwy and the Llanrhaeadr Waterfall.

    Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
