Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and shared use by prior arrangement of the owners' hydro pool and fitness suite. St Clears is a town between Carmarthen and the Pembrokeshire coast and has a variety of festivals and events throughout the year. There are a number of shops, pubs and restaurants in the town.
