Elevated above the beautiful Cornish village of Crantock, the aptly named Crantock View is a cosy cottage with contemporary and stylish interior. This charming cottage is located close to all local amenities and Crantocks famous sandy beaches and boasts great views over the cottage.
The spacious garden with summer house, Wi-Fi internet and off-road parking are the little extras that make us that bit more special, and you're welcome to bring up to two small dogs as well.
The lounge has two comfortable leather sofas set around an open fire place. Entertainment facilities include a flatscreen TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player.
The unique slate flooring in the living room runs through to the modern kitchen which is well equipped for self catering, comprising a fitted oven, hobs, dishwasher, washer and drier. There is a separate dining room with a feature fireplace and a large wooden family table and six seats.
The cottage has three well sized bedrooms, each equipped with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are two double bedrooms with flat screen TVs and a single bedroom with a roll under bed for a small child.
All three rooms share access to a family bathroom with bath tub, shower over and modern fittings throughout and there is also an additional shower room with power shower. Both the bath and shower room are located on the ground floor of the property.
The garden is accessed via a gate at the back of the property. The garden is fully enclosed and is well presented with a lawned area, BBQ, summer house and attached decking area with furniture. There are views from the bottom of the garden over the village of Crantock.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your arrival but guests are asked to provide their own beach towels. There is parking for one car outside the property, additional cars must be parking away from the property.
We allow up to two well behaved dogs per booking at an additional fee (depending on breed and size). A cot can be provided on request.
The cottage is only five minutes from Crantock village and it's famous sandy beaches. All amenities including convenience stores, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.
A short drive up the coast takes you to the surf capital of Cornwall, Newquay with its wide range of family activities and attractions.
The changeover day for this cottage is Sunday. Check in to the cottage from 4pm and the cottage must be vacated on the day of departure by 10am.
