Situated on the north tip of the Gower Peninsula, our well presented property is ideal for exploring the seven miles of nearby sandy beaches, Whitford Nature Reserve and Swansea which is just a half hour drive away. Room rates include a delicious choice of breakfast including a full cooked option, kippers, smoke salmon & scrambled egg, vegetarian breakfast and continental options. Special diets can be catered for and packed lunches can also be provided by arrangement for days out.
We have our own free range hens who contribute delicious eggs for your breakfast and we bake our own bread and make tasty preserves
Relax in our guest lounge with real fire. We have secure storage for bikes and surf boards and a drying room for wet clothes.

Our local village offers a pub with a restaurant and shops. Alternatively Swansea, with it’s modern shopping complex,indoor leisure centre, marina and night life is only a half hour drive.
Beaches and villages on Gower are only a short drive away.
From the M4 Leave the M4 at Junction 47, Swansea West. There are four simple roundabouts to negotiate. 1st roundabout take the 2nd exit (Swansea A483) 2nd and 3rd roundabouts take the 2nd exit (Llanelli A484) 4th roundabout take the 1st exit (Gowerton B4269) At the traffic lights turn right onto the Gower B4295. Follow this peaceful road all the way to Oldwalls where you fork right to Llanmadoc. Climb the hill past the Britannia Inn and Tallizmand is 200yds on the left hand side From Swansea Take the A4118 to Upper Killay out on to the common and over the cattle grid. Turn right for North Gower on the B4271 (signposted Llanrhidian) follow the road for approximately 8 miles. Turn left at Llanrhidian (Esso Petrol Station on right). Continue west for half a mile and then turn right just past the Greyhound Inn at Oldwalls. Continue west for just over 3 miles and the Britannia Inn is on the right. Continue up the hill towards the village and Tallizmand is approximately 200yds on the left.
