    About this Holiday Cottage

    The Arbour is a semi detached cottage in the popular village of Gargrave, close to Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. This cottage sleeps upto four people and has one super king size double bedroom and an ensuite shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. To the outside of this cottage there is ample off road parking, patio area and a small garden area with furniture and a shared lawned garden with summerhouse. The Arbour is an ideal holiday home, close to many places of interest.


    All ground floor. One super king-size double bedroom with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed for occasional use (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children). Utility (shared with Ref. 5659).

    Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, slow cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio/CD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Patio and small garden area with furniture. Shared lawned garden with summerhouse. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 1 min walk. Note: Entrance hall shared with Ref. 5659, each cottage has its own secure lockable door. Note: The sofa bed is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.

    The village of Gargrave, in the Yorkshire Dales is situated on the River Aire, and is only four miles from the market town of Skipton and seven miles from Malham. Gargrave has shops, pubs and restaurants, plus the village has good bus and rail services, so a car isn't essential.

    From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Where else in Britain is it as satisfying to sit and do nothing as it is to explore the numerous pursuits on offer?
