About this Holiday Cottage

Ribble Valley Cottage is a stone built, terraced cottage in a quiet cul de sac close to the centre of the village of Ribchester in the Ribble Valley. The cottage has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom, making it suitable for four people. Also included are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and two sitting rooms (one with a wood burning stove). Outside the cottage is a garden with outdoor furniture. Close to the River Ribble and within driving distance of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, Ribble Valley Cottage is a lovely cottage in a very diverse region.


Two bedrooms: 1 x four poster king-size double, 1 x king-size double. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Lounge with woodburning stove and two recliner sofas. Sitting room with sofa bed if required and gas fire.

Gas central heating with gas fire in sitting room and woodburning stove in lounge. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, 47" 3D HD TV, 3D DVD/Blu-ray, 4 pairs of 3D glasses (films can also be watched in 2D), iPod dock, radio, stereo/CD, library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking. Garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and tea shop (10% discount for guests in tea shop) 2 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: River Ribble is 100 yards away, fishing available by prior arrangement.
