The cottage has one double bedroom with an ensuite, one twin and one single as well as a day bed in one of the sitting rooms, which makes it suitable for up to six people. Also in the cottage is a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburner and a second sitting room with the day bed. Outside the cottage is a lawned garden with outside furniture and a barbecue. With all of the North Yorks Moors, the Yorkshire coast and York itself to discover, Tranquility Base is a superb family holiday cottage.

The village of Sheriff Hutton is located between York and Malton with a small square and two pubs, both serving food. The city of York is only 11 miles away while the North York Moors steam railway in Pickering and the East coast seaside towns of Bridlington, Hornsea and Scarborough, as well as Whitby and Harrogate are all within driving distance.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
