The combined double bedroom and sitting area is a great place to relax, with two comfortable armchairs and footstools, a Freeview LCD TV and DVD and a CD player. The separate bathroom is well appointed with a 3 piece suite and shaver point.

Follow the A171 passing through Newby then into Scalby. Take the last turning on your left (Barmoor Lane) as you leave Scalby - signposted Harwood Dale. Follow Barmoor Lane until you reach the crossroads.
