A traditionally furnished, homely holiday cottage in Anglesey, Bodhyfryd Holiday Cottage is set in seven acres of land with beautiful views of Snowdonia and the surrounding countryside. Rooms combine the contemporary with the modern, to offer home comforts for your self-catered holiday or short break in Wales, whilst the cottage has also been furnished with disabled guests in mind, offering excellent facilities for those with limited mobility. Parking facilities are available on site.
Bodhyfryd Holiday Cottage is just a mile from Llanfairpwll, where the train station shows the full name of the village - the longest in Europe. No trip to the area would be complete without a photograph by the sign. Other attractions include sandy Blue Flag beaches, historic castles on the mainland, and walking trails including the 125-mile coastal path, and trekking paths up Snowdon. Family attractions include Anglesey Sea Zoo, the Pili Palas Butterfly Centre and the Oriel Tegfryn Art Gallery, whilst guests visiting late in the year might be able to catch the Anglesey Oyster Festival, too.
Three bedrooms at Bodhyfryd Holiday Cottage sleep six people in total. Two are double bedrooms, and one room has adult bunk beds. Guests share access to a walk-in shower and bathroom, catering to guests with disabilities, and have access to an enclosed garden with lawned areas, garden furniture and a BBQ.
Pets are welcome to stay with you at Bodhyfryd Holiday Cottage. Two animals can share your holiday accommodation for a fee of £10 each, but if you have more than two pets you can contact to discuss individual needs - more animals may be welcomed, subject to agreement. Cots and highchairs are available to those travelling with younger children. Again, these can be booked in advance of your stay.
