The open plan living accommodation is set on the first floor and has doors out onto the balcony, three comfortable leather sofas, a TV with Freeview service and recordable hard drive, a DVD player and CD player. The dining area can seat six and modern kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and microwave.
The cottage has three ground floor bedrooms - one double and two twin - which share use of a ground floor bathroom with overhead shower and an additional ground floor shower room.
The cottage has a south facing furnished balcony, lovely lawn grounds and plenty of off road car parking.
Guests enjoy use of nearby leisure facilities such as an indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, sports courts and fitness suite (closed December 25th to January 1st). A free pass is provided for up to two adults and four children and charges apply for additional adults. There is a mobile grocery shop at the park daily and guests receive a 10% discount at a nearby restaurant.
Short breaks may be available at certain times of the year. No pets. The rental price includes electric heating and bed linen. A cot, high chair and stair gate can be provided.
