Available on a bed and breakfast or self catering basis, our delightful suites are ideal for romantic breaks or family holidays with suites able to accommodate from two to four people. Suites have their own access, and many have private patios and garden areas and all guests benefit free parking and high speed Wi-Fi throughout their stay.
All bed and breakfast suites have their own snack preparation area with a microwave, toaster, fridge and a beverage tray.
Featuring a unique spa bath and its own private garden with outdoor furnishings and countryside views, Y Beudy Suite provides the perfect romantic getaway and sleeps a maximum of two adults and one child.
The suite is complete with a King Size bed and large seating area. The en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath with Jacuzzi settings and a separate shower cubicle.
This charming suite is completely detached from the main farmhouse and sleeps either three adults or two adults and two children over a double bed and two single beds - which are set in a separate part of the room.
The en-suite bathroom has a large power shower.
Enjoy the luxury and space provided in this suite which boasts its own lounge bedroom with a cosy wood burning stove in a striking exposed stone fireplace. The room has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV and has access to its own private patio.
There is a King Size bed to the back of the room with bedroom furniture and a separate bedroom with twin beds. The family bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath tub and large shower cubicle.
The long barn suite is our two room luxury self catering suite which boasts a range of 5 star facilities including a spacious lounge bedroom with 10 foot patio window, dining area, a separate second bedroom and fully equipped oak kitchen including fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
The beamed lounge has comfortable sofas, a double bed and a dining table with seating for four.
A second bedroom houses a king size and single bed and all rooms share access to the spacious family bathroom with a luxury airbath, corner power shower and complimentary toiletries. The toilet and washbasin are separate from the bathroom.
The suite has a large garden and patio with furniture and a BBQ overlooking the Moelwyn mountain range. There are a selection of board games, books and an iPod docking station in this suite.
Breakfasts are served in the farmhouse breakfast room each morning from 8 30am. Earlier breakfasts can be arranged with notification.
We offer a buffet of yoghurts, cereals, fresh fruit and juices followed by Full Welsh cooked breakfasts sourced from local ingredients.There is also a vegetarian full breakfast option or you may chose a lighter cooked option including scrambled eggs, beans on toast, kippers, muesli or porridge.
In the winter months we bring breakfast to you in your suite and leave ingredients so you can make your own in the snack preparation area. No need to wash up as we will take the dishes away for you.
All bed linen and towels are provide in your suite for your arrival and extra beds can be provide in some suites – please contact us for details. Cots are available on request.
We are a pet friendly establishment and welcome well behaved dogs to enjoy a holiday with you at an additional fee of £5 per night or £25 per week. Please bring your own bedding for your pet.
Short and weekend breaks are available throughout the year. Please note that under occupancy rates may apply in the high season and short breaks may be limited to a minimum stay at certain times of the year. You can check in from 1 30pm. You need to check out by 10 15am on the day of departure.

We are based in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, boasting a perfect location for keen walkers and cyclists. The area has magnificent scenery with walks around the local Llyn Cwmorthin quarry lake and up to the high peaks of the Moelwyn mountains.
The Llechwedd Slate Mines and Ffestiniog Gauge Railway are within six miles of the farm and the local Coed Y Brenin Forest Park and Antur Stiniog are an ideal destination for mountain bikers and those seeking adventure activities.
