We have double en-suite rooms which are tastefully furnished and decorated. The rooms offer tea and coffee making facilities, TVs, WiFi service and little finishing touches. Complimentary toiletries are provided in the en suite bathrooms.
A full English breakfast is offered throughout the year, along with cereals, yoghurts and fruit. Vegetarians and guests with special diets can be catered for on request. All our accommodation is non-smoking but guests are permitted to smoke on our outdoor terrace.
For guests with pets we provide throws, dog towels and a welcome pack. Baskets are also available. Pets also get a sausage for breakfast and stay free of charge.
Plenty of attractions in the local area will also accept well behaved dogs including the five acre walled garden at at Helmsley or dogs are welcome at an additional charge on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway which runs between Pickering and Whitby.
Five Acre View is situated in an excellent location for exploring North Yorkshire with plenty of attractions available within a half hour drive. Beautiful walks along the Yorkshire Coast can be found just seventeen miles away or enjoy a day trip to the historic City of York which is fourteen miles away. Alternatively, visit the nearby area of Goathland which was made famous by the TV series 'Heartbeat' and the 'Harry Potter' film franchise.
