About this Apartment

Pebble Beach Cottage is a beautiful, new build, thatched cottage in the quaint village of West Lulworth.

The interior of the property has been tastefully designed and furnished by a professional interior designer to delicately incorporate its traditional features such as the thatched roof and wooden ceiling beams into the build, whilst retaining a contemporary feel. It is equipped to a very high standard with full central heating.

Situated in the heart of the village, this end-of-terrace property is within a short walk of the village stores and a couple of pubs with excellent dining facilities, including the Castle Inn, a 16th century thatched tavern reputed to be one of the oldest public house in Dorset.

Please note: This property requires a £300 refundable security deposit on all bookings.

Please note - Guests are advised that this property is unable to accommodate short breaks of less than 4 nights duration outside of school holidays. During school holidays this property can only accept 7 night stays.

Please note: Pets can be accepted with prior arrangement with the owner. Pets must be confined to the kitchen/utility area and garden. They must not be left unaccompanied.


Living Room

Tastefully decorated and furnished with two sofas, a tub chair, several occasional tables, a sideboard, and a feature electric fire within the stone fireplace. Additional seating is available if required.
Features a 32” LCD TV with integrated DVD player, Freesat, and Music system with an ipod docking station.
Landline telephone which is free to use (UK only, conditions apply) and Wi-Fi access is included.

Garden Room

Furnished with a double sofabed (suitable for occasional sleeping for two guests) and a dining table and seating for four.
Features both wall and stand-alone lighting and blinds providing additional privacy.


The contemporary kitchen features and electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a TV.
Full range of utensils and accessories including a toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
Dining table with 6 chairs. Additional table and seating in the garden room.

Utility Room

Separate utility area includes a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. A high chair can be provided

Furnished with a king-size bed, two built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table, two bedside tables with lamps and two chairs.

A travel cot can be provided.

All en-suites are shower rooms which feature a shower cubicle, wc and wash basin.
Additional cloakroom in the front hall with a wc and wash basin.

Additional free parking 200 metres away in Church Road.
