Each beautifully furnished apartment has a large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed and separate bathroom. Two bedroom apartments have king size beds and additional en-suite shower room. Offering more space than that of an equivalent hotel room, SACO enables you to enjoy the comforts of home from home living, whilst working away on business. Each apartment comes with a breakfast pack on arrival, including cereal, milk, tea and coffee, shortbread or flapjacks, and water.

Payment SACO The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport.
Security Deposits / Pre Authorisation A refundable security deposit /pre-authorisation to cover additional charges ,including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable in advance or on arrival. The amount will vary on the size of apartment you have booked.
Group Policy We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. We are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.
Credit or Debit card.
A transaction fee of 3% VAT on the total payable will apply to Diners Club and American Express Card (Amex) and 1.75% VAT to Visa Credit Card and MasterCard payments. There is no transaction fee on Visa Debit Card or Maestro/ Solo payments. Credit card details must match the security checks. We may pass your debit/credit card details to a third party to process any payments. Credit card fees are not refundable in any circumstances.

Take the A52 towards Nottingham At the roundabout take the 2nd exit, continuing along the A52 Bear right at the interchange At the roundabout (with the Toby Carvery in front of you) carry straight on Continue to the next roundabout (Queen s Medical Centre is straight in front of you) and take the 2nd exit towards the City Centre (A6200) At the traffic lights carry straight on and over the railway bridge At the next set of traffic lights carry straight on until you come to a junction with the Police Station on your right (you need to be in the right hand lane) Cross the junction and continue in the right hand lane towards City Centre (A610) Take the far right hand lane and turn right (signposted Police) Stop at the junction (with the pedestrian crossing on your left) Cross the road and get into the far left hand lane and take the next turning left (with Ropewalk pub on the corner) into The Ropewalk Continue along this road and you will see SACO House in front of you on the left hand side on the corner of Upper College Street The front entrance to SACO House is on The Ropewalk The car park is located at the rear of the building and can be accessed by turning down Upper College Street, then take the next right into College Street.
The entrance to the car park is through a small archway signposted SACO on the right hand side.
DIRECTIONS TO SACO FROM MAID MARIAN WAY (A6008)
From Nottingham city centre continue along Maid Marian Way until a big roundabout with the Concert Hall on your left, take the first exit onto Derby Road.
Continue up Derby Road, and take the second left just after the pedestrian crossing into Upper College Street.
For the SACO Car Park take the first left onto College Street and the entrance to the car park is an archway on your right.
For the SACO Main Entrance continue to the end of Upper College Street and turn left at the T-junction on to The Ropewalk.
SACO is the first building on your left.
DIRECTIONS FROM DERBY ROAD From Derby Road (A52 running into A6200)
Continue along Derby Road until a large roundabout take the last exit onto The Ropewalk.
For the SACO Car Park take the second left onto Upper College Street, then the first left onto College Street. The entrance to the car park is an archway on your right.
For the SACO Main Entrance go along The Ropewalk and continue past the turning for Upper College Street.
SACO is the first building on your left.
You can check in from 16:00. You need to check out by 11:00.
