Welcome to the Guildhall Tavern in Denbigh. Situated in the heart of North Wales, our wonderful 16th Century hotel and restaurant retains a wealth of period features including exposed beams, log fires and feature fireplaces. Both business and leisure travellers are welcome and we offer eleven luxury guest rooms with a delicious full Welsh breakfast included in the room rate. Our restaurant is open for lunch from Midday to 2.30pm Monday to Saturday and a Sunday lunch is also served weekly between Midday and 4pm. Dinner is available between 6pm and 9pm Monday to Saturday and a range of Welsh and British real ales are served in our welcoming bar.
Choose our beautiful Dinbych Suite with grand four poster bed for a romantic break and we also offer our range of deluxe double or twin rooms which overlook Hall Square. Our standard double room is located on the top floor with guests enjoying exclusive use of a luxury shower room accessed across the landing and we also have a quirky single room with open plan bedroom/ bathroom area. Each bath/ shower room has newly fitted amenities and some rooms have a feature slipper bath or invigorating power shower system. Facilities in your guest room include the latest Panasonic Viera LCD TVs, tea/ coffee making supplies and we provide a complimentary decanter of sherry in our luxury and junior suites. Dogs are welcome free of charge in our hotel accommodation.
We offer meeting and conference facilities for up to twenty delegates at the Guildhall Tavern and we can provide coffees, lunch and snacks for during the day. A special tariff for business stays is available Sunday to Thursday inclusive for single occupancy only. Guests can access complimentary Wi-Fi in the hotel and we can also provide facilities for informal breakfast meetings or working lunches. Our new function room is also now available to hire and can seat up to 100 with its own bar.
We are situated close to the town centre of Denbigh and our property offers beautiful views over the Vale of Clwyd. The nearby Clwdian Range is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the North Wales Coast can also be found within a half hour's drive away.
