The Old Lifeboat House is attractively situated overlooking Bude's inner harbour, on the upper wharf of the Boating Canal. The canal boasts some of the best coarse fishing in the South West and attracts fishermen from all over the country. The four apartments are converted from the original Lifeboat House, built in 1863, compactly designed to comfortably sleep 2 to 4 people.
Located just across the road from The Brendon Arms, Bude's excellent Free House where visitors can enjoy a quiet and relaxing drink and a meal made from some of the best local produce.
The apartments are quiet, with the occasional friendly quack from the local ducks. The open plan living space has a digital TV, DVD player, stereo, dining table and chairs, with two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. The fully fitted kitchen, includes cooker and microwave.
