The Maid's Room is our charming twin room which is located on the first floor overlooking the courtyard. This room can be booked as a single or twin and has a large Mira shower unit. It is furnished with original paintings, attractive embroidery and a newly renovated Victorian cupboard.
The Nursery Room is our largest room which can sleep up to four people. This guest room has a double bed, single day bed, single truckle bed and a travel cot can be provided if necessary. It is furnished in an appropriate Victorian style and there is a unique ha'penny board provided on the landing for your amusement.
The Butler's Room is our attractive ground floor double room which is presented in a nautical theme. There is an ensuite with large shower and Mira thermostatic mixer shower head and this room can be booked as a double or twin.
Facilities in all our guest rooms include Freeview TV, a DVD player, tea/ coffee making facilities, a hair dryer, clock radio and we can provide an iron and board on request. Shaver points and mirror lights can be found in our ensuites. All guest rooms also have central heating fitted. All our accommodation is non-smoking.

Our full cooked breakfast is created from locally sourced, traceable ingredients and include eggs from our own free range hens. We also serve home baked bread and can cater for vegetarians and vegans along with those requiring gluten free meals.
We have a walled garden which guests can relax in and a comfortable lounge.
We are open all year round with reduced rates available for single occupancy and children booked in The Nursery Room. Our rates are £35 - £75 per room per night depending on seasonality, number of visitors, the length of stay and which room you would like to book.
We are set within easy reach of St Austell's train station, amenities, shops and attractions. Local beaches including Porthpean are a short drive away as is the the pretty harbour village of Charleston.
