The Old Sun is the closest to the moors of all Haworth's hotels, just a few minutes from Penistone Moor leading to the Brontẻ Falls, Top Withens (Wuthering Heights) and beyond.
It is also close to all of the major attractions of Haworth village: The Brontẻ Parsonage Museum, The Church, Schoolrooms, Tourist Information Centre, Apothecary and the stunning Main Street.
In summer it's a buzzing hive of activity with shops, crafts and tea rooms, and magnificent moorland views. During the winter the wonderful rolling mists cloak the landscape making for some beautiful walking opportunities.
Haworth is also the location of one of the 'Keighley and Worth Valley' railway stations, a Grade II listed site; where steam locomotives still carry passengers into the town of Keighley. If you wish to travel further afield; Bradford, Leeds, Hebden Bridge, Halifax and Skipton are all within easy reach.
