About Fayvan Apartments

Located within a stunning Victorian residence just off the Royal Crescent in Whitby's West Cliff area, 4 Star Fayvan Apartments are three family friendly apartments just 150 yards from the sea.  Immaculately presented and with side sea views, spacious accommodation is contemporary and fully equipped with all modern comforts including WiFi internet access, fully fitted kitchens and starter essentials including tea and coffee making facilities.  Whitby's many attractions including independent shops, fine inns, ghost tours, the harbour, beach and the Abbey are all within easy walking distance.


Choose from three stylish and spacious self-contained apartments each sleeping up to 4/5 guests, perfect for families, couples and friends sharing.  Accommodation includes Apartment 4 on the fourth floor, Apartment 3 on the third floor and Apartment 2 on the second floor. 

  • Living space is modern throughout with a hallway leading to the open plan lounge with stylish contemporary sofas, a coffee table, Freeview TV, a DVD, iPod dock and a selection of children's DVD's, books and games.
  • Fully fitted dining kitchens include a table with seating for 4, an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, tea/ coffee making facilities, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a fridge, freezer and all necessary kitchen utensils.
  • Spacious family bedrooms with a double bed and bunk beds are tastefully presented with fresh bedlinen, ample storage and bedside tables with reading lamps. 
  • En-suite bathrooms contain a bath and a shower.


Parking permits available for a small additional charge.

Facilities/ Further Information

  • All bed-linen, complimentary fine toiletries, fluffy soft towels, heating and laundry facilities (washer/dryer) are included in the booking price.
  • Sorry, no pets please. 
  • The building is strictly non-smoking throughout.
  • Zone parking is located around the building and a pay and display car park is close by. (permits are provided for a small extra charge).
  • Access to the Victorian building is via 7 steps up from the pavement.
  • Guests are given keys to the exterior door and the inner door to their apartment.
  • A washer and dryer is located in a laundry room between apartments 2 and 3.

Shops are nearby, just a 5 minute walk away in the town centre or on the Parade 500 yards along the seafront. 

A leisure centre is located to the rear of the apartment complex, only a 5 minute walk away with a swimming pool, keep fit classes, badminton and other sports.
